The historic fishing town of North Berwick lies on the eastern tip of the Firth of Forth, right next to the 'Bass' Rock. It has long been a playground for people in the Lothians, mainly Edinburgh, due to its sandy beaches.
It is principally a tourist town these days, and is well placed for some of Scotland's finest golf courses.
